Project Showcase 1: Compensation and New Offers dashboard
Dashboard Purpose
This dashboard was created to provide recruiters with a tool that would allow them to quickly see how new compensation offers compare to existing salaries across a large tech company undergoing heavy hiring volumes.
The dashboard had to consider different locations, departments, and various Band and Level combinations while contextualizing a new offer vs existing salaries. It also had to add further context from the recommended compensation ranges for the current selections.
The final data source was a join between a HHRR data export of existing compensations and the minimum, target, and maximum compensation ranges corresponding to each possible position and combination.
